KidsChoo Awarded People's Choice in 2017 BigCommerce Design Awards
The second annual BigCommerce competition for web designers saw Studioworx taking part in it for the very first time – and the debut was more than impactful!
KidsChoo designed by Studioworx won the People’s Choice Award! This is the final verdict:
People’s Choice Award: KidsChoo
KidsChoo, a UK supplier of healthy and convenient meals, snacks and drinks for children, received more than 35,000 votes to win the “people’s choice” award for its vibrant design and simple navigation, which clearly conveys the brand’s identity and core message.
The competition included over 1000 websites from across the world. Once the finalists have been declared, it fell to the visitors to the BigCommerce website and the special jury to decide the final rankings. The design we provided for KidsChoo took the spotlight, and we won the people’s hearts with a clear margin!
"Consumers are increasingly design-savvy, often able to immediately judge a brand’s relevance to them based on brand visuals. For some businesses, this consumer dynamic can be both exciting and daunting,” said Andrea Wagner, head of design at BigCommerce. “As our People’s Choice winner, it’s abundantly clear that KidsChoo’s vibrant site design, easy-to-use navigation and strong branding resonates with its target audience in a way many brands struggle to achieve."
The BigCommerce Design Awards have been created to recognise brands selling online using BigCommerce's platform that feature industry-leading design, customer experience and photography. Winners receive cash prizes and a feature placement in Inc. magazine.
KidsChoo and Studioworx take pride in winning this award, as it clearly showcases the quality level of our web design process, and puts us amongst the leaders when it comes to BigCommerce design on a global scale.
